A senior lawyer and experienced company secretary, Tim joined RFA from a similar position at ATEED.
He is the primary contact point for secretarial and governance advice and guidance for the Board and Executive team, ensuring RFA complies with New Zealand’s legislative and regulatory governance requirements. He also supports the leadership team in obtaining legal advice on RFA business activities and contractual arrangements.
Tim’s commercial acumen and skill have been honed during his career in the banking and legal sectors, where he provided both commercial and legal advice. He was legal counsel and assistant company secretary to Westpac before joining ATEED; and also spent time as director and senior legal counsel for international investment banking firm Daiwa Capital Markets Europe Ltd in London.
