Janice was appointed as RFA’s Director P&C in March 2020, bringing significant experience in organisational transformation, cultural change, people strategy, employment relations, health and safety, brand, and communications, gained in New Zealand and the United Kingdom.

Janice previously led People and Culture teams for Auckland Uniservices and for Restaurant Brands. As a senior consultant with Lawson Williams Consulting Group, she undertook significant transformation, change management and attraction and selection projects across sectors, ranging from manufacturing and transport to entertainment, banking and technology.

As Director P&C for RFA, Janice’s strategic insights and ability to make things happen has proved invaluable, as is her focus on investing our resources, talents and skills into areas that will provide the most value for Auckland.
